Timestamps in Bpipe

Hi I am using Bpipe service from ETA. can you please tell which time zones are used for fid: 880, 17, 5, 1067, 875.

Also I wanted to know what is the rollover time.

So as per what I understand there is not one field that has dateTime together.(Correct me if I am wrong please!) for exchange time stamp (xts). So I am using either sets: (ACTIV_DATE, TIMACT) / (VALUE_DT1, VALUE_TM1) for the date part and EXCHTIM for the time part. Now since thede fields are different. There is a possiblity for rollover edge cases.
I am trying to make a system which includes roll over time edge case. Can you also please tell me the edge conditions for rollover times

As far as I know, typically, the time fields are in UTC. However, you need to contact the content or data feed team via LSEG Support to verify this.
