Empty RSSL_MC_REFRESH messages

Yes, it is possible. The fields' values can be blank. You need to contact the BPIPE team to verify this.

Also, In the lifetime of a request we receive the Refresh message only once right, that too in the start?

No, The refresh message can be sent while the stream is opened to synchronize data.

How do I verify with the BPIPE team? Is there a mail id for this purpose?

I am not sure if BPIPE is a LSEG product. If yes, you can contact the product support directly via LSEG Support to verify the data.

Please the check RDM Usage Guide. For example, the Payload of the Market Price refresh message is required. It should contain a field list.

API is used to retrieve data published by the data feed (BPIPE). You need to contact the data feed (BPIPE) team to verify this behavior.
