What feature in WestlawNext uses the Locator Service?

I'm trying to validate some code flow in the WestlawNext Website code base. The code is for a Locator Service. The code indicates it's a NSA service or INF request, but I can't tell how to exercise this Locator Service code with the WestlawNext app.

namespace: Cobalt.Website.Platform.Web.NsaServices.LocatorServiceExtensions.

Any ideas?

Locator is used for link resolution and GUID chasing. Umer Faruq (or the Document team) would be your best resources for questions related to Locator usage in Cobalt.
