Is the historical Elektron data in TRTH v2 the same as the IDN data in v1 where the coverage overlaps? (i.e. we could reload some history we already have and it would be unchanged?)

TRTHv2 is populated with data recorded from IDN between 1996 and May 2015. From May 2015 on, it is populated with data recorded from Elektron Real Time. Within the normalized report formats, you'll see minimal difference (primarily increased granularity, potentially some fields which only populate after May 2015), within the RAW format, where you see every field on the real-time message, you'll see an increase in the number of fields from May 2015 onwards.
