Who is the main contact for MSDN licenses for legal developers?

We just had a new employee start and I am trying to get setup with his MSDN license. As I was trying to determine what level of MSDN license I have to request the same for him, I logged in and MSDN said that my account was expired (expired on 1/1/2011). I know I've used it since then. I then went to several other developers in my group and found the same thing.

Who is the primary contact for MSDN licenses who could look into what is going on?
