Exceeded maximum number of mounts per user

We receive the error message 'Exceeded maximum number of mounts per user.' when trying to open a second connection via the RFA API for the same account.

I understand the max mounts per user is controlled by the ADS server.

Is there an additional cost involved to increase the max mount for a particular account?
