The procedure to access to non-Cobalt TFS projects (at least tfsosdev, tfsos, tfswt, and tfswtqa) is to go to [
http://tfswt.int.thomson.com:8090/IndexLimited.aspx?pname=TFS_Central][1]
and fill out a work request. There is explanation in the work request of what needs to be filled out. The controlling group for these TFS servers is **TCLO-TFS Administrator**.
