Product Developer for OnePass admin tool

According to the [OnePas wiki for configuring OnePass for a new product][1], there should be a "Tools" menu if you have a the Product Developer role. How does one get the Product Developer role?

There are several people who can give that role. Talk to your management first. If they don't have the access to do it, and you are part of a development team, a trusted person on that team should contact the onepass team, and we can give them access to give other people the "Product Developer" role.
