I need to disable the check of the SSL certificates in Eikon due to a expired certificate that can't be renewed, Eikon call a custom application in a Explorer app. I can't disable the SSL Certificates check in IE because I haven't the permission.
This forum is not the best place to ask this kind of question, as it does not relate to any Thomson Reuters APIs. You would be better off directing this question to Thomson Reuters Helpdesk by either calling the Helpdesk number in your country or using Contact Us capability in Eikon application. This said, to the best of my knowledge there's no setting exposed in Eikon that would prevent Chromium or Internet Explorer browsers embedded in Eikon from performing security checks including the check for expired certificate. You may still want to contact Thomson Reuters Helpdesk to verify my answer.
@roberto.barbaritoI'm afraid I'm not at all clear on what you're looking to do. Would you mind elaborating? If you experienced a problem, the description of the issue and replication procedure would be most helpful.
I'm working on a project . in a Eikon flex I have 3 Explorer apps that call a web page, but the pages is not displayed because the ssl certificate is expired.
