IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR THOMSON REUTERS
SCREENING ONLINE SYSTEM
Dear Sir / Madam
As a customer of Thomson Reuters we are writing to notify you of scheduled
maintenance to our Screening Online system and its associated data.
This maintenance
will take place on Saturday 28 October 2017. We anticipate the service to be offline for a period of 5 hours starting at
07:00 GMT and finishing at 12:00 GMT on 28 October. During this period you
will be unable to access Screening Online applications and services. Some
of the daily on-going screening jobs will not complete on schedule but will
be manually initiated by Thomson Reuters staff once the maintenance is
completed.
Please ensure that all applications that consume the Screening API and/or
Screening Deployed services are paused for the duration of the outage.
