Is there a specific syntax required to reference ISINs/CUSIPs rather than RICs with Eikon Data API?
Nope. You can use ISINs and CUSIPs in get_data method just like you use them in =TR function in Eikon Excel. get_timeseries method just like RHistory function can only take RICs as input.
