What is the username and password to login to Splunk for Cobalt Services?

http://nsawiki.int.westgroup.com/wiki/index.php5/Splunk) I see usernames and passwords for the Cobalt and Shared platform instances of Splunk, but I don't see any username and password for Cobalt Services instances of Splunk.
