Hi
I have a list of 5 000 permnos (from CRSP). I would like to know if there is an easy way to obtain the RIC's that those permnos are related to. I understand that each permno should have one and only one associated RIC.
Thank you.
You can use the values of http://ont.thomsonreuters.com/mdaas/RIC predicates - i.e. you need triples like<http://feed.thomsonreuters.com/1-*PERMID*> <http://ont.thomsonreuters.com/mdaas/RIC> "*RIC VALUE*" .
Thank you for my ignorance but I do not understand the answer. For example I have the permno 85072 and the permno 10012. How can I get the RIC VALUE? (explained for dummies).

@abayasf sorry for the delay with response as I was on vacation. To answer you question better could you specify what product you are using for pulling the data?
Is there a way in Eikon Excel or Python API to find a matching RIC for corresponding CRSP permno?
