Filtered Doc Metadata text from Novus?

Does anyone know the difference between the following methods for the Novus Document class?

1. getMetadata(Filter filter, FilterContext filterContext)
2. getFilledFilteredMetadata()

I'm familiar with filling the filtered full text by using find.fillDocumentText(Filter filter, FilterObject filterObject), but I didn't see any fill methods for Metadata.

IIRC, the Novus client API is very chatty/lazy, such that it will defer as much data retrieval work as possible until it is definitively needed. This saves on bandwidth and performance if you don't need all the data but can result in a lot of extra requests if you do.

Usually the difference between the "fill" methods and their other counterparts is that, when you _do_ use a "fill" method, Novus will fill in the metadata, text, etc. of the document(s) in your request immediately rather than deferring until you [eventually] access the `.Text`/`.MetaData`/etc. getters. If you are doing batch requests (e.g. grabbing multiple documents), this can offer a substantial savings in time and effort.
