MediaButtons.exe sucking up 25% of CPU ...

Does anyone know how this process is started up on our Dell systems and how to turn it off. I can kill the process without incident.
It appears to be a Dell program.
I've renamed the EXE so it doesn't start up now, but I'd like to find a more graceful way for it to not start up.

Have you tried using [AutoRuns][1] to find and disable the startup location?

Thanks. That helped me find the service that's starting it up. It's the Dell WMI Service. Located at c:\program files (x86)\DELLOSD. I'm going to set that to manual startup and see how the machine runs afterwards.
