What version of Apache FOP do we use for delivery?

You may be interested in [Running Prism FOP From A Java Program][1] on NSA wiki. You should be able to pull the needed prism.jar from [Sonatype Nexus][2]. I'm not sure how closely this reflects the actual PRISM delivery behavior, but I think I was able to get it running and creating PDFs that looked like they came from WLN about a year ago.

From what I remember, it's a custom patched version to support things like dual column layout.

I think it is based of 1.0 as well. I know there are certain page break rules that Prism and 1.0 doesn't support that 1.1 does.

java -jar fop.jar file.fo file.pdf

This is just the default FOP, from below Prism might have a custom one.
