WestlawNext and OnePass
Satish Megham
I just discovered that, an user cannot access WestlawNext application without a OnePass account? I thought accessing WLN via OnePass is optional. Please share your thoughts. Thanks.

WLN had a way to use the prism username/password on their sign in. However, with the moving of a lot of data into dataroom, using the prism username/password is no longer viable except for a few use cases.
As WLN them moved to using the OnePass centralized sign in screens (now active in CI, DEMO and QED, and soon Production), this method would no longer work anyway, as OnePass central screens only support OnePass credentials.
For the few customer use cases, OnePass has added functionality to directly support them for sales, customer service, etc.
