    Hi @zhangping2,

    If you are specifically referring to the status message: ""Waiting for service ELEKTRON_DD UP. Item recovery in progress...", then this does happen if your application is asynchronously submitting your request to the server.

    Your log doesn't contain timestamps so I'm only concluding based on the messages I see. When you start your application, you can actually request for data before your session is up and ready. Although not required, some applications wait for the Directory response message from the infrastructure before they submit requests for data. It appears in your case, you are requesting for data before your application has determined that the service ELEKTRON_DD from the Directory response is UP. As a result, the application notifies you that your request is still valid (Open) and that it will be fulfilled once it receives a Directory response.
