"Hi…I have been using Eikon 4 with my jonathan.woodward@fxall.com ID and it works fine. But I just had a jonathan.woodward@thomsonreuters.com ID created and when I log in to E4 with it I have no apps. The menu is blank. Apps do appear if I load up a template.

I think this is to do with his FXAll ID being set in the Eikon configuration manager as the user name. He needs to change in his TR.com email ID. Do you confirm?
