Is this an error associated with my id?

Hello @ernest.miller,

It looks like you are trying to issue an intraday pricing extraction request, and your user is not permissioned for intraday pricing.

If you believe you should be permissioned for DSS intraday pricing, suggest you contact your Refinitiv account team to confirm.

As user id permissions are consistent between DSS GUI and DSS REST API, if you get different results, then something must be different between the requests, in how you are requesting the data.

There are two ways to proceed.

One is to provide all the specifics of both requests here (except for your private info), the full details for the GUI request that gets the data and the API request that does not. We will take a look and try to pinpoint what is different.

The other way is to submit a Helpdesk support ticket via my.refinitiv.com on product DSS. This way allows you to supply the private info, with the job ID and notes, and have it tracked within the system.
