Look up venue files within a date range

We needed to use Look up venue files within a date range
rest api.

GET https://hosted.datascopeapi.reuters.com/RestApi/v1/StandardExtractions/
UserPackageDeliveryGetUserPackageDeliveriesByDateRange(SubscriptionId='0x0400dc1d24a00cb4',FromDate=2016-09-12T14:03:49.300Z,ToDate=2016-09-13T14:03:49.300Z)

But we get a “Resource not found for the segment” error and
we are using 0x0400dc1d24a00cb4 subscriptionId which is for venue files.

Can you please let us know if we are missing something here
or has something changed from what is documented in TickHistory REST API
version 1 user guide.

Hello @govardhan.yernagula,

Believe that you are not able to retrieve the VBDs dated 2016, because VBDs (the latest complete data for exchanges, Venue By Day files), are kept on the server for 30 days.

You may find helpful VBD REST Tutorial that is for Postman, it describes in detail the VBD requests and the underling logic to identify and retrieve the available VBD(s).

Thanks for the response. I have infact used the date as 2019 march though I posted the sample here as 2016.

There was some issue on the DSS side, it didnot work for a couple of days and command started working after sometime. I didn't have to make any changes.
