SMTP timeout exception

Hello ,
I developed a code that would send an email to specific users using the following relay : "relay.int.westgroup.com"
with port:25
It works fine locally but when i deployed on alpha it's throwing a timeout error. Any idea about this ?
I am using MailMessage and SmtpClient in c# for this purpose. and i tried to EnableSsl but no luck.

Could the proxy be not configured on your deployed server? You could ask your administrator to set it up, or you may be able to set it manually in your code.
