It seems to be the lists the domains which this service can provide(message types that you can request). I found the following domains according to the numbers:

• 5 = DICTIONARY
• 6 = MARKET_PRICE
• 7 = MARKET_BY_ORDER
• 8 = MARKET_BY_PRICE
• 9= MARKET_MAKER
• 10 = SYMBOL_LIST
• 11 = SERVICE_PROVIDER_STATUS
• 13 = NEWS_HEADLINE

I have not found 18 and 19, you may contact the team who takes care of the service to find out what 18 and 19 mean. For more details of the domains, please refer to ETA Java RDM Usage Guide
