Excel Formula delay

We are able to get real time data using formulas, but the values are being fetched only after the completion of the event which triggers it (say a button click).

Could you please let me know if the any one of the following is feasible?
1. Calculate the Eikon formula and obtain value immediately after setting the formula to a cell.

2. Any way to find if Eikon formula calculation is complete.

The expected behavior of =TR and other worksheet functions provided by Eikon Excel add-in is that they return the data into the range as soon as the function is validated and the data is retrieved. Moreover, if the Data Item argument of =TR function includes streaming market data fields, the function will update the values of these fields in the range in real time. This is assuming Excel is in auto calc mode. If Excel is in manual calc mode, then the expected behavior is that any worksheet functions, including those provided by Eikon Excel add-in, will only recalculate and update the values in the range when the range containing the function is recalculated.
