Is it possible to specify a PremiumPricingRegionCycle (price snap time) for prices in a PriceHistory extraction like you can with the FIGS condition in PremiumPricing requests?

    Refer to the REST API Reference, the PriceHistoryExtractionRequest doesn't support the PremiumPricingRegionCycle property.

    Only the PremiumPricingExtractionRequest contains the PremiumPricingRegionCycle property.
