How to add dacslocks on using dacsSubscribeClient

Hi, since using ./dacsSubscribeClient -D xxx.xmp.net.intra:82xx -S IDN_SELE-p 10.xxx.xxx.xx/net -a 304 -i INTC.O, can't verify the INTC.O's permission without adding the dacslocks, pe pe2...

Can someone tell me how to create these dacslocks and use them here?
