I can't find any reference to a F1 help, however help for TRTH can be found on the Documentation tab of the TRTH pages on the developer Portal

You can also access help from the TRTH login page Thomson Reuters Tick History Help

For TRTH - SOAP API, you can use the SOAPUI tool to create these HTTP/SOAP/XML Function calls manually and test them easily, as mentioned in the TRTH - SOAP API Documentation.
