switch from using Active to Expired RIC for listed Futures contract

I have a question regarding expired future contract.

At which time exactly we switch from active RIC to Expired RIC .

Example :

Consider EUREX Bond futures March 2021 ,

Active RIC was FGBLH1. The expiry date is 12/08/2021.The expired RIC is FGBLH1^2.

When can we start using the expired RIC ? Is there a period of time around expiry date we can use Both RICS FGBH1 and FGBLH1^2 ? If not how much time after contract Expiry we can query using Expiry RIC FGBLH1^2.

Refinitiv support answer :

Please note that the standard number of days the RIC will have a delisted syntax “^2” is 4 days after the Expiry Date, and RICs <FGBLH1> and <FGBLH1^2> cannot co-exist as we do not maintain duplicate RICs.
For the given example:
Consider EUREX Bond futures March 2021 ,
Active RIC was FGBLH1. The expiry date is 12/08/2021.The expired RIC is FGBLH1^2.
The Expiry Date was 08-Mar-2021, and the RIC was retired on 12-Mar-2021 and changed to FGBLH1^2. Hence you can start using the retired RIC 4 days after the Expiry Date.
