Cannot create instrument because price currency was not returned by the provider.

OK this is error message from my back end platform but anyone know where the Datascope API fails in retrieving the currency? A query is made using ISIN or RIC code, and instrument parameters are supposedly to be provided, however it crashes immediately due to absence of currency info. Think AMZN.O, whose currency is USD.
