RTO: How to use AWS private link and direct link in EMA application

How to use AWS private link and direct link in EMA application, in the scenario of RTO?
Sorry I have not found this in the EMA Dev Guide.

Or this only applied to application that will be deployed in the AWS? How to set it up?

Can you please expand on the question - not sure what you mean as to 'how to use AWS private link'?

The RTO installation guide has a section on AWS PrivateLink connectivity - if that is what you mean - see section 3 onwards:
