Best way Receiving 4000 BID/ASK via Excel API

I am using Excel to see the BID/ASK price of 4.000 US Equities. Row A contians the ISIN and Row B contains the RIC. What is the best way to receive the BID/ASK and clsong (post market) price in row C, D and E?

    Might help if you provide what you have done so far, or an example of what you've done. Within Excel, you can use the Formula Builder to generate your desired result. For example:
