Currently we are creating cases from API level and no email alerts send from the system for any matches cases. We use manual filtering method to identify the match cases from case manager screen, but we suggest is to have email alerts so we can immediately attend to the case.

Using the TRTH GUI we receive an email confirmation when the request is sent and then an email upon completion when the file is ready. Is there a similar functionality within the API?
The Cobalt.Website.WestlawNext.Web.Config file stores config stings (email addresses, phone numbers, etc.) for customers to contact ref attorneys in WLN. Is there a way to change a key/value by environment; so the ref. attorneys don't get our test emails from the lower environments?
