Hello, We are trying to switch between pilot and production environments. However, it appears that the API Prod account is not yet active. Also, when trying to create new users in Pilot environment for testing purposes we get "Error in User Creation". Any help and guidance is greatly appreciated!
Integration of WC1 API into our CRM back end is working in development environment but it's giving us 400 error in production env. what can be the issue?
