Not sure why certain values are not getting returned in Excel. Is there a capacity limit?

=RediLink|'L1'!'8411.T;ADV5'

This is returning zero. Does this mean an underlying table has not updated or something?

@Sean1

Thanks for reaching out to us.

You may need to check the values on the REDI app (Quote Monitor) by adding the Adv5 field, as shown below.

The values should be the same as RediLink.

I hope that this information is of help.

Thanks for your response. I still however am unclear as to why some stocks have an ADV5 of zero? Why is this the case if I get other market data such as volume for those tickers? Thanks again

For example 8306.T is one of the most actively traded stocks in Japan and I don't seem to see an ADV5 value there? Not sure if this is due to the fact the stock opening was delayed this am ? Thanks again

Sean

@Sean1

If the value of ADV5 in the REDI app is also zero, you need to contact the REDI support team directly via MyRefinitiv to verify the content.
