The EID environment is a “cut-down” environment with just three TCP/IP FIX APIs:

  • Trading – Matching
  • Market Data
  • Post trade

It supports FX Spot, FX Swap and FX NDF instrument categories. It does not support the multicast market data feed. It is hosted in the LD4 datacentre.

The CDS environment is a full environment with the three TCP/IP FIX APIs above, plus Credit (both a gui and a REST API) and Reporting (also a gui and a REST API). It will have a full Administration service powering it as well. The CDS environment will support Internet and Delivery Direct (and FCN), hosted in LD4. For clients collocated in LD4, they will be able to get the multicast market data feed.

When the CDS environment is released in July, it will only support FX NDF.
