DSS can be replaced by Eikon?

I am an investment IT support in my company. Currently my user is retrieving market data via DSS web site and it was said that DSS can be replace by Eikon, is it true?

@CARL-HY.WU it depends on how you are using the content. The data retrieved from Eikon can not leave the desktop according to the user licence. I would still advise to speak to a Thomson Reuters representative regarding the clarification of details.
