TS1 data not available for CBOE

Hello,

Client unable to receive TS1 data via via RFA from LPC for CBOE. Error message: " The record could not be found" Realtime data for CBOE is available.

For exchanges ADB and DFM and FX it works fine.

Can you please advise how to investigate?


Example dDIT.BT1m for from debug:

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Did this RIC (DIT.BT1) work before when requresting timeseries data?

The error message indicates that TS1 doesn't support this RIC.

TS1 is a legacy system so typically it will not be enhanced to support new RICs.

The workaroud is using the Refintiv Data Platform product that can provide historical data.
