I want to create an instrument list for chain <0#ADSS:> using REST API. How i can add it to instrument list? I've tried to use the api HistoricalChainResolution and after that i create a list identifer, but i get validation error like (attached).

This should be similar to this question. The <ADSSH0> is historical RIC (valid between "2008-09-02" and "2010-03-28"). To append the historical RIC to an instrument list, user needs to select the "Allow Import of Historical Instruments" check box in the Preferences page of the DataScope Select GUI.
