The easiest is to use the GUI, which will display all the templates your account is entitled to. To access this you need a valid user account.

We recently published a tutorial with a set of videos on TRTH v2. In there, the API explanation video shows the list (starting at 07:12). The introductory video to the GUI also covers report templates (starting at 03:06).
