TRTH Rest API

We've been getting failed API price requests with the exception: "A task was canceled". It doesn't appear to be an account expiry issue as other types of request work ok. Could you look into this please?

Here are some request ids which failed:

I think the best way to investigate these would be to open a case via myaccount.thomsonreuters.com.

This way, it will be looked at by the appropriate team.
