    @davly182, I was able to reproduce the issue. The instrument list contains some invalid records containing double quotes, commas and/or spaces, like this one: "TEF
    SM9,5C7.EX"
    . These are normally rejected when added to an instrument list. In your case they were not rejected due to the general preferences setting "Allow Import of Unsupported Instruments into
    Instrument
    " that was activated. When the schedule triggered, the RIC expansion failed due to these invalid instruments, resulting in the error you report, as well as a failed extraction.

    Disabling "Allow Import of Unsupported Instruments into Instrument" solves the issue:
