• 1. When the links(https://hosted.datascopeapi.reuters.com/* ) are accessed through the Browser , the traffic is passing through our Proxy server and it is successful.

• 2. When the application/code access the links, the link is resolved to the ip addresss 192.165.219.152 with the port 443 and it is blocked at our end.

• 3. The issue occurred after the automatic configuration script (.pac) in the LAN Settings due to policy changes.
