Error message: “Orhpaned instrument! Could be caused by e.g. Thomson Reuters replying with other IdentifierValue than we requested.”

Since 19th of October client has started to receive such error message: “Orhpaned instrument! Could be caused by e.g. Thomson Reuters replying with other IdentifierValue than we requested.” Message occurs when he tries to retrieve values for such RICs as ITER.OL, JAEREN.OL, SORR.OL (all active). Could you please advise?
