Hello @peng.xiaoliang

Your application got the status message as shown below when it tried to request a RIC named MSFT.O

Msg Type: MsgType.STATUS_RESP
Msg Model Type: MARKET_PRICE
Indication Flags:
Hint Flags: HAS_ATTRIB_INFO | HAS_STATE
State: CLOSED, SUSPECT, NOT_ENTITLED, "Access Denied: User req to PE(74)"
AttribInfo
                ServiceName: ELEKTRON_DD
                ServiceId: 257
                Name: MSFT.O
                NameType: 1 (RIC)

This messages indicates that the logged in user, user1(shown in the LOGIN's STATUS message), does not have the permission for PE 74 which is required for accessing data of MSFT.O. Normally, the permission of each user is managed/kept in DACS.

To fix the problem, user1 in DACS needs to have the permission for PE 74 to be able to access data of MSFT.O. Please contact the following team who can help you on this.

  • your DACS's administrator/your local market data team if DACS is owned by your company

or

  • Thomson Reuters Account team if DACS is owned by Thomson Reuters.
