Is this file OepMsg.c part of RFA ?

Is this file OepMsg.c part of RFA version 6.3.1? Saw a core dump from the app and we want check if this is part of RFA.

Please note that RFA 6 has been end-of-life and no longer supported.

I cannot say for RFA 6.3.1, but I never seen error relate to OepMsg.c.

It is unlikely this file is a part of RFA 7 or 8.
