C++ OpenDACS API missing libs

Hi all,

I've pulled down the latest version of the C++ API (8.0.0.L1) and it doesn't seem to include libs. Am I missing something?

Please refer to the OpenDacs C++ QuickStart page which states the required libraries are provided in the corresponding RFA C++ package.
