Hi, we are sending immediate request for to get data from EOD pricing report for list of securities defined by ISIN. But response message contain null values in field ISIN for some of requested securities (for example US912828P535). And we cannot match it. The same issue is when i run report on DSS web portal. The field ISIN in csv file is null. Can you advise why it is so? For XS* securities we get back ISIN code with no issues.

@Anatoly.Kharitonov, when it comes to missing or incomplete content, there can be many reasons why.
Please open a case for this. We will need some diagnostic reference to the specific extraction, either the Extraction Notes, or the Request Correlation id for the call.

Hi, thank you for provided comments, we've found another solution, we will match those securities by RIC code instead of ISIN. RIC code present in the response for these securities.
@Anatoly.Kharitonov, thank you for telling us what solution you chose, this is always interesting. Our database is built around RIC codes, so, if using RIC codes is an option for you, you are better off using them. If you need to convert ISINs to RICs you might be interested in this article.
