ECB rate EUR - ARS, the rates our treasury dept. wants are not working. What can we do?

We are looking for the ECB rate EUR - ARS. This seems unavailable if searched for the RIC's and in addition RIC EURARSREF=R appears empty from the API. What do you suggest to get the correct rate?

Regarding EURARSREF=R RIC, the "Primary activity" field should be used to retrieve rate for via the Intraday report template.
