TRTH Best Practice Guide v12.1 link not working

I want to download TRTH API Best Practice v12.1 here: https://developers./sites/default/files/Tick_Hist_User_Guide_July2018.pdf, but I get "site cannot be reached". Is this document available?. The TR Dev Portal site references the doc here: https://developers.thomsonreuters.com/thomson-reuters-tick-history-trth/thomson-reuters-tick-history-trth-rest-api/docs?content=13853&type=documentation_item.

@mrr, the link has been repaired, the user guide is now accessible
