Redi API outside Visual Studio

When I use the API from outside the Visual Studio(Service), the redi+ application disconnected and it seems that the Redi API blocked that access.

@0125373, considering your query, we moved it from the App Studio to the REDI API forum, it seems more appropriate, and will help people discover it. AHS

Hello @0125373,

The REDI API cannot be used from a Windows Service.

It needs to be run by a Windows user where it is coupled to the user’s session, that must be active and running in the REDI application.

It can be used outside VisualStudio, but not in windows service
